The reason many people all over the world are depressed, sad, weary, fatigue and always tired is because of hopelessness.
The scriptures says, “Hope differs maketh the heart sick”. A lot of people have become hopeless. Many people have given up on life. It is said that, where there is hope, there is life because hope speaks for the future.
Hope is an assurance of a better tomorrow. Without hope, we would live carelessly and walk aimlessly through life. We need hope to shield our minds so that we don’t sleep into anxiety, depression, uncertainty, confusion, doubt and restlessness.
Our hope comes from the promises of God. Therefore, believe in God’s promises. Don’t allow your present circumstances to determine your future.
For weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning.

It was just reported that the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION recently released a report stating that about 350 million people globally are suffering from Depression. This report is quite disheartening. One of the major cause of depression is loneliness which I want to talk about. Loneliness is a major epidemic of our time, which leads many to health, emotional and relationship traumas. Many people never shake off loneliness all through their lifetime. It’s major cause spans from: Inadequacy. Unfulfillment. Hopelessness. Discouragement. Absence of love. Absence of peace of mind. Absence of direction. Amongst others. When this is brooded for much a time by an individual it will bring with it the following : Restlessness. Fatigue. Depression. Tiredness. Weariness. Confusion. Sorrow of heart. Amongst others. If this is your current state of mind presently, Be rest assured that if you stay in this state for a longer time, it will begin to attract evil spirit that will make that state of mind permanent in your life.
